Shipping FAQ

1. What shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer two shipping options across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $11, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days from shipment.

  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $18, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days from shipment.

2. How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping: $11

  • Express Shipping: $18

Shipping costs are fixed and will be applied based on the option you select at checkout.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

As a small business currently, we do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs are as per the rates mentioned above.

4. Which courier do you use?

We primarily use Australia Post for our deliveries. However, we may use other couriers if necessary to ensure timely delivery.

5. How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment on the Australia Post website or via the tracking portal of the courier used.

6. What if my order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information for updates. If you still have concerns, contact our team at lzy.dayz@outlook.com, and we will help resolve the issue.

7. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at lzy.dayz@outlook.com or via instagram. We can modify the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the address.

8. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes across Australia. Please provide your PO Box address during checkout.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lzy.dayz@outlook.com. Provide details and photos of the issue, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

10. Can I pick up my order in person?

Please DM us on Instagram or organise local pick up.
